I’m Alex and I offer yoga classes and private yoga in and around Surrey. Whether you are looking to improve your strength and flexibility, reduce stress, tune in to yourself more or switch off from the busyness of life - Yoga can help you! I truly believe Yoga is for everyone, and my classes are open to all levels of experience, from complete beginner to someone who has been practicing yoga for years. Yoga offers a complete system for physical, mental and inner well-being. My classes are designed to improve flexibility and build strength in the body, as well as to develop a peaceful mind and inner connection. Incorporating breathing exercises and relaxation, I share techniques to help you cope better with the stresses that modern life brings and connect to the here and now. I teach classes in North Holmwood, Dorking and I also offer Private 1:1 classes and small group sessions, perfect for a tailored class at home or work.
